Stertil UK Ltd recognises that after sales service is of key importance to our customers and that equipment breakdowns, which can lead to lost productivity, must be kept to a minimum. In the unlikely event that your equipment should experience a fault Stertil have invested in the latest computerised call handling systems, which are linked to our engineers fully stocked mobile workshops, ensuring that any necessary repairs are handled quickly and efficiently.

All works will be carried out are in accordance with the GEA code of practice, giving you the very best quality assurance.

Service contract customers will benefit from the following;

 

• 20% discount on all spare parts & labour
• Priority response to breakdown repairs

 

Charges are based on work being carried out between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. An additional charge will be applicable for any work outside of these hours.
